Delivery:

Within Greater Vancouver:

1. Customers' order total over $200 (before tax) can enjoy free delivery service(within Greater Vancouver).

2. Customer's order within $200 (before tax) please pick up at Retail Store or Wholesale Store.

3. The completed order by 5PM daily can be arranged the delivery or self pick up in the next 3 business days (exclude Sunday and Public Holiday).

4. If the customer chooses to pick up the goods at store, we will contact customer to make an appointment after the order is confirmed. Please present the printed order to our staff at store when pick up.

Within Canada:

- We can arrange shipping within Canada, please contact us for further enquiry.

Returns:

1. We promise to control the quality of the goods. Please check whether the goods are damaged, deteriorated, or negligent after receiving. If you have any questions, please contact Ng Fung Enterprise (Tel: 778-321-6620 or Email: sales@ngfungfood.com) within 3 days of receipt.

2. All perishable product(fresh seafood, vegetable, fruit etc.), valuable products and products on sale are excluded.

3. Products return due to personal preference or individual physical reasons, restocking fee (10% of the total order amount) will apply.

4. If customer fails to pick up at the due date, we will only keep the order for three days (exclude perishable products). After that, the order will be deemed to be automatically abandoned and no refund will be requested.
